LQD/SQD Super Air Knife is made of 6061 aluminum alloy or stainless steel, the whole air knife is made of CNC machining center, the air gap can be controlled at 0.05mm; Because the compression ratio of the chamber to the high-pressure airflow is 40:1, which makes the loss of airflow speed is minimum and the pressure is maximum, so it produces a sheet of airflow with a strong impact, and it can save the use rate of compressed air to a certain extent. Widely used in belt cleaning, circuit board de-watering, machining blowing waste chips, metal plate degreasing, labeling before de-watering, plate dust removal, and so on.
The number, size, length and position of air inlet can be customized according to the need.
The position of fixed pole can be customized, and the corresponding fixed plate can be made according to the actual installation needs of customers.
The effective length of air outlet of wind knife can be customized, LQD aluminum alloy range 30mm-3000mm, SQD stainless steel range 30mm-2000mm.
Air outlet gap range 0.05mm-0.2mm, factory default 0.08mm, air outlet gap is not adjustable.
Maximum wind speed up to 280m/s, LQD aluminum alloy temperature resistance 200℃, SQD stainless steel temperature resistance 500℃, maximum pressure resistance 12kfg/cm2.
